S.Y.S.T.E.M. = Saves You Stress Time Energy & Money

I want to plug a free resource from one of my mentors and ministry coach Nelson Searcy, Lead Pastor of The Journey in New York

For six months in 2007 I flew from Los Angeles to New York to spend one day to attend a Coaching Network lead by Nelson Searcy. I learned a tremendous amount of information and techniques to help grow the church I pastor. One of the things that I learned was Church Systems. Nelson takes what Rick Warren presented in the book Purpose Driven Church to another level. I would encourage every Lead Pastor to sign up for his Coaching Network.
