E.V.O.L.V.E. Leadership Conference 2011

I had a great time with the Bishop Johnny Withers and staff at Unity Christian Fellowship, Compton, CA as they hosted their 2^nd Annual E.V.O.L.V.E. Leadership Conference.  This year’s theme was “The Crossover” which is centered on building an impactful and effective team. The facilitators challenged pastors and leaders to bridge the gap between tradition and the truth of how ministry needs to become more forward thinking and progressive in this day and age. Pastors from all over the city brought their leadership team for training.
